Tips for choosing the best flower shop in Madrid

Do your research: I have been to all of these flower shops in Madrid, but you should always do a little research yourself. See if the shop has a social media profile, a website, somewhere you can see photos and customer reviews. You also get an idea of the selection of flowers.

Look for a variety of flowers: A goo flower shop will have a wide range of flowers to choose from, and a number of different arrangements. Social media pic are the best kind of proof for this. There’s a difference between what you see online and what you get in hand.

Check for customer service: This is always the main selling point for me. I would rather pay a little more for good and knowledgeable staff that can guide me to make the best decision. Check customer reviews to get a feel for what the staff are like.

Quality of the flowers: You obviously want to have fresh and vibrant flowers that will last and not on the verge of wilting. If you are buying for a one off gift, social proof and reviews should be enough. If you are buying for an event, don’t be shy to ask about the stores sourcing and storage methods.

Delivery service: When looking for flower delivery in Madrid, it is very important to check the courier service being used and the price of shipping. The courier service makes a difference, as they are not all as careful with their packages.

Pricing: All things being equal, if you are buying flowers you can get from various shops, you can also compare prices to assure you are getting the best deal. No shame in saving a bit of money where you can.

Additional services: Some shops also offer extra services like wedding arrangements, birthday balloons, chocolates and many other gifts. Consider if this is something important to you when looking for flower shops in Madrid.
